Gumusyan Foundation was founded by Kayseri philanthropist Hovhannes Gumusyan and provides educational services. The Board of Directors is elected by the votes of the community and approved by the Istanbul Governorship. It oversees the real estate of the foundation and allocates its income to educational needs. It allocates the income of its properties to educational needs. The management of the foundation is subject to the General Directorate of Foundations and is renewed by elections held every four years.
